Items shipped by Urban Glitz and Glamour LLC between November 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023, may be returned until January 31, 2024 for a full refund, subject to our return policy listed below.

If you receive an incorrect item, or damaged or defective merchandise, please contact Urban Glitz & Glamour Customer Support immediately by calling 1-888-834-7905, or by email at contact us for immediate assistance.
Also contact us prior to returning your merchandise. Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition, including all tags and other item packaging, for a full refund.
